Lastly do no attempt any of these activities without supervision of a trained and certified spinning instructor. I have no such credentials.

I have been spinning on and off for more than 10 years. I have regularly taken spinning classes at three different facilities, from about 15 different instructors. These instructors have offered a variety programs mostly 45 to 50 minutes in length, the variation in activities in the class are what keep it interesting for me. The importance of variation in activities of what prompted this blog.
